SERVICE AREAS

• INFORMATION & REFERRAL MIDLAND/PERMIAN BASIN (2-1-1)
• CASE COORDINATION – Advocacy & outreach, information & assistance, translation services, and mentoring program.
• EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE – Food, clothing, and limited financial aid.
• HOLIDAY FOOD AND TOY GIVEAWAYS
• SCHOOL CLOTHING AND SUPPLIES GIVEAWAY
• PRO-BONO LEGAL CLINIC – Monthly service coordinated by Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas (LANWT).

ELIGIBILITY
Low-income individuals or families of all ages and ethnic backgrounds with crises needs.

HOURS
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; prefer by appointment.

CLIENTS SERVED
More than 1,000 unduplicated persons served each year.

SERVICE PROVIDED
Nearly 20,000 units of service annually (defined as one person participating in one activity on one day).

FUNDING/FEES
United Way of Midland, Individuals and Businesses, Churches, and Special Events.
