ADMINISTRATION:

Office Assistant: Assists in general daily office tasks, i.e. filing, collating, stapling, copying, etc. Two or more hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Volunteer Office Aide: Assists Volunteer Services Cordinator in working with volunteers for the different programs. One to fifteen hours per week.

Receptionist: Answers phones and takes messages. Greets clients and visitors. Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) preferred. Two or more hours per month.

Donations Assistant: Assists in soliciting goods for program activities and special events. One or more hours per week.

Public Relations Assistant: Assists in writing agency newsletter, press releases, public service announcements and maintaining media list. Two or more hours per month.

Scrapbook Organizer: Clips newspaper articles and updates scrapbooks. Flexible hours, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Data Entry Clerk/Typist: Enters data in computer and/or types letters. One morning or afternoon per week.

Program Adivisory Committee Member: Provides input and feedback to Program Directors and helps plan special activities within the program.

Board Member: Serves on the agency Board of Directors to oversee management and administration of the affairs of Casa de Amigos. Midland County resident. Area of expertise helpful. One and a half hours a month for board meeting plus variable time for committee work (10-12 hours/year).
