EDUCATION:
After School Tutor : Individual tutoring in math and/or reading with 2nd or 3rd grade children twice a week during school year. Training provided.
One-to-One Tutor: One-to-one tutoring in any subject for 1st through 12th grade students. Once or twice per week. Training provided.
Homework Helper: Provides individual assistance in homework for 1st through 12th grade students. One to four days per week for 1 - 2 ½ hours per day during the school year.
After School Activities: Arts, crafts, specilized skills such as cooking, sewing, financial literacy, dance, help with snacks, weekdays 3:30-6:00 pm as scheduled.
Computer Literacy Instructor: Teaches basic introductory computer course for adults or youth twice a week for one semester.
General Education Devlopment (GED) Study Aide: Assists instructor with record-keeping and individual student studies in math, reading, science, etc. One to four mornings or twice a week during the evening.
English Language Development (ELD) Aide: Assists instructor with record-keeping, maintaining student portfolios and facilitating small groups to help with pronunciation and instruction. One to four mornings or twice a week during the evening.
Librarian: Maintains operation of library by checking books in and out and keeping library in order. One or more hours per week, preferably after 4:00 p.m.
